DIVE Coastal Cuisine Features Light, Seasonal March Specials

DIVE Coastal Cuisinelocated in Snider Plaza, strives to make a connection with every customer from the kitchen to your table.Their mission is to create fresh, unique, and thoughtful meals for every occasion.

Guests can dive into good-for-you March specials such as the Asian Albacore Tiradito – tiradito, ginger, ponzu, orange, lime juice, cucumber, shallots, cilantro, pickled jalapeños, sliced avocado; Roasted Tomato & Garbanzo SoupShrimp Lettuce Wraps; and Artichoke & Herb Salad. A limited-time fish on the grill is available, the Albacore Tuna Steak. In addition, Sauteed Swiss Chard Chiffonade with Fennel is a new seasonal side option.

These limited-time menu items are available now through the end of March.

DIVE is located in Snider Plaza and has been around for 10+ years and is known for its healthy, light and flavorful fare featuring organic produce, seasonal seafood entrees and an array of creative salads, sandwiches and specials. DIVE believes your meals should be clean, honest and satisfying. They believe in connections from their kitchen to your table – and that every ingredient of every meal should be thoughtful.

Franchesca thoughtfully chooses every ingredient used in the dishes on the menu and uses organic, non-GMO, local produce whenever possible. They also cook with grass-fed, hormone-free beef and free-range, natural chicken. Gluten-free rice bran oil, coconut oil and GHEE are used in the kitchen.
