In 1989, Adelmo, along with his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante. From the very beginning, the restaurant received rave reviews, thanks to their shared passion for family, good food, and quality wines. Today, that same love and commitment to excellence is carried on by their children, Andrew and Lauren, who are actively involved in continuing the Adelmo family tradition.
