III Forks is reimagining the traditional steakhouse experience with a striking new iteration of its brand, debuting in Addison’s Village on the Parkway. The highly anticipated flagship location will officially open on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the renowned dining destination.
From the moment guests approach the restaurant’s gleaming exterior, greeted by a dramatic golden door handle and the welcoming glow of the façade, they are introduced to a new world of modern elegance. Upon entering, guests are immersed in a visually captivating lobby, where mesmerizing graphic floor tiles and soft, refined lighting set the stage for an unforgettable experience. This sleek entryway offers a first glimpse at the restaurant’s impressive wine collection, featuring over 1,200 curated bottles.
As they move through the lively bar area—designed as a destination in itself—guests enter a spacious dining room that’s intentionally designed to feel more communal than exclusive. With a dynamic blend of contemporary art, antique gold light fixtures, and a striking layered ceiling design, the space is crafted to resonate with both traditional steakhouse enthusiasts and a younger, more diverse clientele. Harrison’s brand innovators have carefully balanced classic charm with modern aesthetics, ensuring the restaurant is as inviting as it is stylish.
“This opening represents a bold reinvention of III Forks, blending the iconic heritage of our brand with an exciting new evolution in identity, design, and guest experience,” said Keith Anderson, CEO of Harrison. “We’ve stayed true to the timeless values that have made III Forks a beloved institution while embracing a forward-thinking approach that speaks to a new generation of diners.”
The new design incorporates three key elements that define III Forks’ fresh brand identity: First, a custom pattern symbolizing abundance, the number three, and the flow of time. Second, intricate blind patterns throughout the restaurant, adding an air of timeless elegance to every space. Finally, the juxtaposition of legacy and contemporary design touches creates a unique environment that ensures guests leave with lasting memories.
Chef/Proprietor Chris Vogeli and his culinary team are eager to showcase an elevated menu, featuring premium offerings such as Snake River Farms American Wagyu, A5 Miyazaki Gyu Japanese Wagyu, and signature dishes like diver scallops with bacon jam, chicken fried lobster, and prime double-cut pork chops with serrano peach BBQ sauce and balsamic glaze. III Forks President Curtis Osmond highlights that the new flagship location will set a new standard for steakhouse dining, both in its expansive dining room and private event spaces.
“Our flagship location will redefine the steakhouse experience,” Osmond said. “Our primary private dining room is designed to evoke the secretive allure of a speakeasy, while a second space exudes the artistry of Art Deco, with signature lighting and custom artwork.”
The restaurant’s design incorporates an inviting glow, with art, lighting, and textures that create a warm, intimate atmosphere. Guests are enveloped in soft, flattering light, enhancing both privacy and comfort without relying on artificial dividers. Even the restrooms and corridors are thoughtfully appointed, featuring elegantly curved ceilings, custom wallpaper inspired by the Texas Hill Country, and artistically designed fixtures.
The overall III Forks experience offers a luxurious yet approachable ambiance, akin to stepping into a high-end boutique where every detail has been meticulously crafted. Guests are treated to world-class cuisine, expertly crafted cocktails, and a curated wine list that promises to elevate any occasion.
III Forks’ bar opens daily at 4 p.m., while the dining room is available Monday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Reservations can be made at IIIForks.com/locations/Addison.
