Dee Lincoln Prime to Host Exclusive Vice Versa Wine Dinner October 9, 2025

Dee Lincoln Prime is proud to announce an extraordinary culinary and wine experience, the Vice Versa Wine Dinner, taking place on Thursday, October 9, 2025

This unforgettable evening will showcase a four-course menu, by Dee Lincoln’s Culinary Director Julian Rodarte, designed to pair with some of the finest wines from Vice Versa. Seating is extremely limited, and reservations are required. Tickets are priced at $550 per person, exclusive of tax and service.

“Dee Lincoln Prime is thrilled to host this Vice Versa Wine Dinner, bringing together world-class wines and an exceptional culinary experience for our guests,” said Dee Lincoln, Owner of Dee Lincoln Prime. “This will be an evening of luxury, flavor, and celebration that wine enthusiasts will not want to miss.”

The evening will begin with a welcome reception featuring passed appetizers. Guests will enjoy Filet and Gorgonzola Crostini alongside Crispy Green Tomatoes with Crab Remoulade. These opening bites will be paired with Madame Zero Rosé, NV, Champagne, France, a sparkling rosé that sets the tone for the evening ahead.

The first course will present Bluefin Carpaccio complemented by lump crab, rice chicharrón, olive oil, and lemon. This dish will be paired with Purrington, Rued Vineyard, Sonoma Coast, 2023 Chardonnay. The second course will follow with Lobster and Leeks, featuring lobster tail, melted leeks, tarragon gastrique, and hazelnut gremolata. This course will be paired with Santa Cruz Mountains Coast, Grade Vineyard, 2023 Pinot Noir. For the third course, guests will be treated to Filet and Truffles, which includes shaved truffles, truffle glace de viande, filet de boeuf, and pommes pavé. The course will be paired with a comparative tasting of Vice Versa “Spinning Plates,” St. Helena, Napa Valley, showcasing the 2022 and 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon vintages.

The dinner will conclude with the Chef’s Surprise and Delight, paired with two of Napa Valley’s most distinguished wines: “Beckstoffer George III Vineyard” Cabernet Sauvignon, 2022 and “Beckstoffer Tokalon” Cabernet Sauvignon, 2021.
