
Dallas dining icon Al Biernat’s North is turning up the celebration for its 8th anniversary, inviting guests to indulge in a limited-time, three-course menu from October 15 through 31. Priced at $58, this special Anniversary Menu is a culinary showcase of the elevated classics, seasonal ingredients, and signature hospitality that have made Al Biernat’s a cherished destination since opening its second location in North Dallas.
Earlier this year, Al Biernat’s proudly celebrated 27 years at its Oak Lawn location, solidifying its place as a Dallas institution. In 2017, the restaurant expanded its legacy with the North Dallas location at 5251 Spring Valley Road, bringing its warm, sophisticated dining experience to a new neighborhood.
Guests can savor favorites like Braised Short Rib with crispy onions and garlic mashed potatoes, Pan-Seared Snapper with pistachio-basil gremolata, or Steak Frites paired with housemade sauces. Sweet endings include signature desserts like the Coconut Cream Pie or Key Lime Pie with Raspberry Sorbet—each bite a perfect marriage of comfort and refinement.
The menu also features a dazzling array of options, from Pan-Seared Snapper with Parmesan Panko Crust, Smoked Mozzarella Ravioli with Roasted Red Pepper Cream, to Veal Milanese with Crispy Fingerling Potatoes, arugula, and white wine lemon butter.

- Brad’s Grilled Pear Salad – Mixed greens, Marcona almonds, Manchego, Garlic Vinaigrette
- Classic Caesar – Romaine, Parmesan, Sesame Lavosh
- Tuna “Poke” – Toasted sesame, pine nuts, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, sesame lavosh
Second Course:
- Veal Milanese – Crispy fingerling potatoes, arugula, Parmesan, white wine lemon butter
- Pan-Seared Snapper – Parmesan panko crust, smoked mozzarella ravioli, roasted red pepper cream
- Braised Short Rib – Garlic mashed potatoes, pecan gremolata, blueberry chipotle demi, arugula, crispy onions
- Chicken Piccata – Pan-roasted, capers, linguini, lemon butter sauce, green beans
- Steak Frites – 6-oz beef tenderloin, horseradish Parmesan frites, choice of Maître d’ Hôtel, Voodoo, or Béarnaise sauce
- Prime Rib ($10 upcharge) – Skillet potatoes, green beans, au jus, horseradish cream

- Al’s Famous Coconut Cream Pie – Sweet, creamy, iconic
