Lisa and Elia “Tom” Georgalis, the husband-and-wife team behind Nikki Greek Bistro & Lounge, are debuting a fresh new concept this fall — The Devonshire Club, opening Friday, November 14, 2025. Taking over Nikki’s former home at 5757 W. Lovers Lane, the space will shift from Greek fine dining to a warm, sophisticated neighborhood bar and lounge where locals can gather for craft cocktails, shareable plates, and easy conversation.
Named for the surrounding Devonshire neighborhood, the new concept is a love letter to the community. “We’ve been honored to share my family’s Greek recipes and see how warmly Dallas embraced them,” said Tom Georgalis. “But over the past year, our guests told us they wanted a place to linger, socialize, and unwind. The Devonshire Club grew out of that idea.”
To bring the vision to life, the Georgalis family teamed up with Chef Jacob Williamson, a respected Dallas chef known for his globally inspired yet approachable style. Together, they’ve created a menu that’s both elevated and easygoing — “new American lounge fare” with global influences and a hint of Greek flair. Think Spicy Tuna Tartare with potato pavé, a Mini Saganaki Burger made with TX Wagyu and halloumi, Duck Confit Quesadilla with brie and tart cherry, and Tom’s Fries layered with béchamel, feta, and Fresno peppers. For dessert, guests can indulge in J. Rae’s Cheesecake, made by Chef Jacob’s wife, Audrey Williamson of J. Rae’s Bakery across Lovers Lane.
A signature touch greets guests the moment they sit down — a bowl of popcorn dusted with Chef Jacob’s signature seasoning blend, a playful pandemic-era experiment that’s now a calling card. He’s also curating the beverage program, featuring inventive, seasonal cocktails paired to the menu, plus a lively happy hour from 3–7 p.m. six days a week.
The Devonshire Club will keep the energy going late, open until 2 a.m. on weekends, with billiards, shuffleboard, darts, and TVs for game days. “We wanted a place that feels alive,” said Lisa Georgalis. “Somewhere you can grab a drink, play a game, or meet someone new — a bar with truly delicious bites and a late-night kitchen to match.”
