For the Love of Lobster, Truluck’s Unveils Valentine’s Day Menu

This Valentine’s Day, Truluck’s offers a refined and romantic setting for couples seeking a truly memorable evening. A Dallas special-occasion institution for more than 25 years, Truluck’s is renowned for pristine seafood, indulgent lobster, seasonal Florida Stone Crab, and premium hand-cut steaks—all served with polished hospitality and timeless elegance.

From February 11–15, Chefs Estephan Fernandez, Paigton Wilson, and Justin Valladarez present a curated “Love of Lobster” menu, celebrating the ingredient’s clean, subtly sweet flavor. Specialty lobster dishes are offered à la carte alongside Truluck’s signature steaks and seafood, allowing guests to tailor their experience.

The celebration begins with festive cocktails like the TRU Temptation—a vodka-based blend of lemon, amaro, almond, and strawberry—or a limited-time Tequila Old Fashioned featuring Herradura Reposado with plum and black walnut bitters. Starters include Lobster Rockefeller, Truluck’s decadent take on the classic, layered with creamy spinach, parmesan-Pernod cream, and lemon beurre blanc.

Entrées range from Lobster & Caviar Risotto with truffle Boursin and smoked bacon to Lobster Frites, featuring a generous lobster tail topped with king crab–truffle butter and served with truffle Parmesan fries. Guests may also add Filet Mignon, Prime New York Strip, or Prime Ribeye.

Dessert brings the evening to a close with a Flourless Chocolate Bar topped with seasonal berries. All Valentine’s offerings are à la carte and available alongside the full menu. Reservations can be made here.
