Dock Local to Open at Dallas Farmers Market Summer 2026

Dock Local, the premium casual coastal cuisine concept founded by Chef Brett Curtis, is expanding its Dallas footprint with a highly anticipated new location at the Dallas Farmers Market opening Summer 2026. This marks the fourth DFW location for Dock Local and the fifth location nationwide (one other location in Nashville). The brand will introduce its signature East Coast–inspired seafood dishes and genuine hospitality to one of the city’s most frequented culinary hubs. 

Known for delivering fresh, high-quality seafood in landlocked markets, Dock Local has built a loyal following across Dallas-Fort Worth and in Nashville. 

The Dallas Farmers Market location represents a natural next step for the growing brand, aligning with its strategy of operating in energetic, community-driven destinations.

“Dock Local has always been about bringing the flavors and spirit of the coast to places that don’t typically have access to that experience,” said Founder and Chef Brett Curtis. “The Farmers Market is such an iconic gathering place for Dallas, and stepping into this space allows us to connect with a diverse, food-loving community in a really meaningful way.”

Dock Local will introduce guests at the Farmers Market to its standout menu, including fan-favorite Maine lobster rolls, the indulgent Lobsta Grilled Cheese, and seafood tacos widely regarded as among the best in Dallas. Nearly everything is made from scratch in-house, reflecting the brand’s commitment to quality, consistency, and bold coastal flavor.

The new location continues Dock Local’s mission to redefine seafood dining in landlocked cities. By sourcing premium ingredients – many flash-frozen at peak freshness – and combining them with chef-driven techniques, the concept delivers an elevated yet approachable experience.

Since launching as a food truck in 2016, Dock Local has grown into a multi-location concept with a presence in Texas and Tennessee, known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to “superior hospitality.”
