Punk Noir in Design District Introduces a New Tasting Menu and “Off the Cuff” Cocktails

Punk Noir, the immersive fine dining destination in Dallas’ Design District, is introducing two new ways for guests to experience its boundary-pushing culinary and beverage programs. The punk-inspired restaurant will now offer a 7-course dining experience priced at $135 per person, alongside Off the Cuff, a bespoke cocktail experience available in the Noir Lounge.

Since opening in June, Punk Noir has challenged the conventions of traditional fine dining with its signature 20-course tasting menu, transportive multi-room design and provocative culinary storytelling. Led by James Beard Award-winning Chef RJ Cooper, the restaurant combines disciplined, world-class cuisine with irreverent artistry and an energetic, design-forward atmosphere.

Guests seeking a shorter introduction to the Punk Noir experience can now reserve the new 7-course dining experience. The prix fixe menu showcases Chef Cooper’s seasonal progression of dishes and flavors while delivering the same artistry, experimentation and thoughtful curation that define the restaurant’s signature tasting menu in a more condensed format.

Priced at $135 per person, the seven-course menu is designed as a complete culinary journey rather than an abbreviated meal. Each course will allow you different choices of how you would like your dinner to unfold. Chef Cooper’s modernist approach emphasizes balance, controlled acidity, fermentation and textural progression, resulting in dishes that are intellectually engaging, emotionally resonant and deeply flavorful.

“Punk Noir was created for guests who want something unexpected, world-class cuisine presented through an experience that feels energetic, immersive and entirely its own,” says Co-Owner Cole McKeel. “The seven-course menu gives guests another way to discover Chef Cooper’s culinary perspective while still experiencing the creativity and intention at the heart of Punk Noir.”

In addition to the new dining experience, Punk Noir is debuting Off the Cuff, a $10 bespoke cocktail program from 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. & 10 p.m. – close, available in the Noir Lounge. Led by acclaimed Bar Manager Shane Scully. Rather than selecting from a traditional cocktail menu, guests share their preferred spirits, flavor profiles and cocktail styles with the Punk Noir bar team, who then create a one-of-a-kind cocktail tailored specifically to their tastes.

The personalized experience reflects Punk Noir’s larger approach to hospitality, which replaces convention and formality with creativity, discovery and genuine interaction. Each Off the Cuff cocktail is developed at the moment, allowing guests to explore unexpected ingredients, techniques and presentations while remaining grounded in the flavors they enjoy most.

Off the Cuff is available in the Noir Lounge, (the Noir Lounge is open for walk-ins and reservations) located at the front of the restaurant and featuring seating for 64 guests across the lounge and bar. Anchored by a striking graffiti mural from Dallas contemporary artist Michael Shellis, the lounge offers a more flexible way to experience Punk Noir outside of the restaurant’s full tasting-menu journey.

The 7-course dining experience is available by prepaid reservation and walk-ins for parties of one to six in the Red Room and is priced at $135 per person. Punk Noir’s signature 20-course tasting menu will continue to be offered for $195 and $295 per person in the projected art Communal Dining Room. Off the Cuff cocktails are now available in the Noir Lounge.

Punk Noir is located at 139 Turtle Creek Blvd., Suite 130, Dallas, Texas 75207. Walk-ins available & reservations may be made through Tock
