 Acclaimed Park Cities’ Bistro – Au Troisième – Rebrands to ‘A·T Bistro’

Au Troisième, the acclaimed Park Cities bistro known for its New American cuisine with global influences, has officially changed its name to ‘A·T Bistro,’ which has been its “short-hand” name since debuting to the public in June 2021. Along with its name change, other updates at A·T Bistro include the addition of a 600-square-foot outdoor dining space, 14-seat private dining room, 600-bottle wine cellar, Sunday brunch, daily lunch specials, happy hour menu, and more.

Fresh off being named one of Texas Monthly’s “10 Best New Restaurants in 2023” and also a 2022 CultureMap Tastemaker Award winner for “Best New Restaurant,” A·T Bistro has developed a loyal audience of returning customers due to its revolving yet approachable global menu that leans heavy on classic French and Italian techniques; its cozy and welcoming atmosphere where one can dress up or down; and its extensive collection of European wines and house-made craft cocktails.
