Olivella’s, opened by the third oldest pizza family from Naples, Italy, continues to build an extensive roster of flavorful, rustic Italian dishes around its award-winning menu of Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas. The latest additions include: Cheese Dip with House-made Bread; Sausage, Gorgonzola, and Tomato Sauce antipasta plate; Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Pizza Roll antipasta plate; Chicken Piccata pasta plate; and Peanut Butter and Nutella panini.

All of the new menu items will be introduced at Olivella’s Neo Pizza Napoletana’s Lakewood and Victory Park locations. The University Park location will offer three of the items, including the Sausage, Gorgonzola, and Tomato Sauce antipasta plate, the Prosciutto and Blue Cheese Pizza Roll, and the Peanut Butter and Nutella panini.

“We carefully craft our menu items to offer authentic old world Italian dishes made in the same manner as the oldest, still-operating pizzerias in Europe and the United States,” says Charlie Green, owner of Olivella’s. “Everything we make is guided by the Olivella family’s trove of traditional recipes.”

Olivella’s will continue offering the trademark wood-burning oven pizzas that have won the restaurant its critical acclaim, including its black truffle pizza. The extensive menu of Neapolitan and Roman-style pizzas will still be complemented by large dinner salads, sandwiches (hot and cold), and rustic-Italian pastas, appetizers and desserts.

Olivella’s’ kitchens make their dough, sauce, cheese, and bread daily and use only the freshest ingredients for food preparation.

Look for locations in Lakewood, University Park, and Victory Park.
