TBD is a new nightlife concept opening August 11 in Uptown Dallas. Located at McKinney and Hall, TBD operates as a full-service restaurant and transitions into a high-energy lounge as the evening continues, making it a one-stop destination for people to enjoy good food, good drinks and lively dancing in a polished setting.

Inside, TBD’s white-on-white bar and brown leather banquettes keep things clean and modern. The rotating stock of local and national art adds pops of color and culture to the setting, while a DJ spins lively music to keep the energy high. Outside, the comfortable covered patio expands the space and anchors one of the hottest corners in the city.

Completing the dedication to aesthetic detail is the staff. Each member of the bar and floor team is a model from the Campbell Agency, adding an extra dose of attractiveness to this unique concept.

Leading the TBD kitchen is Jesse Ragon, a new-to-Dallas chef from Texarkana who most recently served as the Executive Sous Chef at Timothy’s Gourmet Grill, a fine dining bar and restaurant.  The TBD team wanted to bring in some new blood and give this young, talented chef a chance to shine, and Chef Ragon has quickly impressed with his thoughtful plates and passion for food.

The menu was developed to complement the clean look of the dining space, with beautifully-plated communal dishes that can b e easily shared among friends. Featuring an array of familiar-yet-refined items like Tuna Tacos, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Flatbreads and Boards, alongside larger dishes including a Chilean Sea Bass and a Filet, patrons can enjoy a good dinner to start their evening or extend their night with some late-night food.

“We envisioned TBD as a place where our friends and their friends could be comfortable, a place where people can let loose, have fun and experience something different than the typical night out,” said TBD owner Alex Marko. “From our design to our menu, our music to our staff, we’re bringing Dallas a whole new nightlife experience.”
