Asian Mint, the popular North Dallas Asian fusion dining destination, plans an early fall opening of restaurant #3 in Inwood Village.    Celebrating 12 years of serving New Bangkok style cuisine, the Inwood location (in the former Café Istanbul space) is a welcomed addition to the original on Forest Lane and a sister location on Oak Lawn.

Diners can expect the 70-seat restaurant to have the same bright green interior with clean lines and fresh modern art.

Opening in 2005 at Hwy 75 and Forest Lane, across from Medical City, CraveDFW finds Asian Mint to be one of the very best Thai and Asian fusion restaurants in Dallas.

“We are excited to see our Asian Mint Restaurant Group growing”, says proprietor Nikky Phinyawatana. “Our expansion of love project to share the love of food and passionately feeding souls is why we do what we do.”

Nikky was recently featured at the Dallas Arboretum in their Chefs in Nature Series; cooked for the internationally renowned Chef Jacques Pepin; and Asian Mint was featured in USA Today as a top Dallas restaurant  offering Gluten Free alternatives.

The restaurant group will be presented at the famed James Beard House in New York on November 8, where they will celebrate the Asian Full Moon festival of Loy Kratong featuring traditional Thai dishes with wine pairings.  A preview dinner of the Beard House menu will be served to benefit a local charity at a date to be announced.
