SĒR Steak + Spirits Reopens in Dallas

SĒR Steak + Spirits, the contemporary American steakhouse with unparalleled views of the Dallas skyline, has reopened with a new executive chef, a globally inspired menu and a dining experience that ignites the senses. 

New Executive Chef Richard Hoffmann has reimagined the SĒR menu, inspired by the international experience of the expert culinary team. It centers around hand-selected, top-quality meats from local ranches featuring the world’s most sought-after USDA Prime beef, American Texas Wagyu and specialty game.

The menu also includes fresh fish options such as diver scallops, seasonal specials and a Raw + Chilled Seafood Tower, an appetizer of lobster medallions, seasonal oysters, salmon pastrami, yellow fin tuna, scallop ceviche and colossal prawns atop smoking dry ice.

“I have traveled the world and have found nothing quite as special as SĒR Steak + Spirits,” said Hoffmann, who received his culinary training in Budapest before leading kitchens at fine hotels and resorts across the globe. “Our team is passionate about serving our guests unforgettable meals that bring our team’s global experience to life on the plate, and that is what guests will find every time they dine with us at SĒR.”

The new menu is complemented by a well-rounded wine and spirits program, curated by SĒR’s highly experienced mixologists who have created unique flavor fusions with handcrafted cocktails such as the Oaxacan Old Fashioned and the Agave Mai Tai. The bar also offers a refined selection of whiskey, bourbon and rye, and the restaurant’s wine cellar boasts a global collection of more than 350 varietals. SĒR’s in-house sommelier can recommend the perfect pairings to optimize any guest experience. Tuesday – Thursday 5-6:30 p.m., guests can enjoy Social Hour with discounts on select cocktails.

In addition to the breathtaking views, the sophisticated dining room features originals from the Hilton Anatole’s world-renowned, private fine art collection. Adding a touch of whimsey and atmosphere is the classic car mascot collection that represents an elite time in automobile history. Rounding out the look and feel is a rotating schedule of live entertainment from local artists including jazz musicians, pianists, guitarists and more.

A chef’s table, wine cellar and five private dining rooms offer unique, customizable experiences for special events, meetings and celebrations of any size.
