Fiatto, the Newly Opened American-Italian Restaurant Now Serving Brunch

Fiatto, the casual chef-driven Italian restaurant featuring seasonal and organic ingredients is now open for weekendbrunch Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The American-Italian concept, located in West Village, offers a menu of almost everything made in-house including bread, pasta and mozzarella. Guests will enjoy a brunch menu featuring Italian-inspired sweet and savory dishes along with a specialty mimosa program.

Executive Chef, Kylil Henson has a rich background in Italian cuisine and continues to incorporate Italian inspiration throughout the brunch menu with unique dishes. Henson says, “We’re looking forward to offering Dallasites our take on Italian-inspired weekend brunch perfect for enjoying on our spacious patio in West Village.” 

The brunch menu features sweet entrees including the “Ferrero Rocher” Waffle – Nutella, hazelnuts, maple syrup, whipped cream and gold flakes; Lemon Ricotta Pancakes – cannoli cream, amarena cherries, siclian pistachios; and Espresso Waffle – cinnamon butter, whipped cream, maple syrup, chocolate espresso beans. Savory dishes include the Classic Omelette – spinach, smoked mozzarella, pine nuts, tomato pesto; Soft Scrambled Egg – mushrooms, herbed bread crumb, arugula, shallots, black truffle cream; and Steak & Eggs – butcher’s cut, sunny side egg, sourdough, salsa verde hollandaise.

A specialty mimosa program is offered including the Mimosa Mia – prosecco, orange, strawberry; and the shareable Big Time Mimosa – bottle of prosecco, orange, grapefruit, cranberry. Other brunch cocktails include the Fiori Di Fiatto – sparkling wine, italicus, cranberry; and the Madonna Maria – vodka, tomato, horseradish, celery, giardiniera. 

Brunch is offered Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
