Two New Concepts Set to Open in Dallas Fall 2022 and Early 2023

Two new restaurant concepts, The Saint and Night Rooster, are set to make their debut in Dallas. Created by Las Vegas-based hospitality group, Hooper Hospitality Concepts (HHC), The Saint, a trendy Italian steakhouse,is set to debut in fall 2022, with Night Rooster, a modern Asian restaurant and bar, opening its doors in early 2023.

The Saint will make its home in the former Two Sisters space at 2633 Gaston Ave., Dallas, TX 75226 with Night Rooster making its home in the Design District at 1000 N. Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207(the corner of Riverfront Blvd and Payne Street).

HHC’s Chief Executive Officer, Andy Hooper, who hasmore than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, says, “Dallas is an incredible city with one of the most exciting and diverse culinary scenes in America. The Saint and Night Rooster will offer the city unique dining experiences, while combining Las Vegas flair and the world-renowned hospitality Texas is known for.”

Hooper has opened award-winning restaurants such as The Black Sheep, in Las Vegas which serves an original take on casual modern Vietnamese-American food in an elevated neighborhood environment.

After finding much success off-Strip, Hooper brought the valley Locale Italian Kitchen + Craft Cocktails in June 2019 in Mountain’s Edge, which was honored with a James Beard nomination and was named New Restaurant of the Year by the Nevada Restaurant Association.

The Saint

The Saint will offer a fresh, Italian-inspired menu, highlighted by dry-aged meat and chops, fresh pasta made in-house, and an abundance of vegetable-based dishes for vegetarians or vegans alike. The beverage program will showcase inventive spins on classic cocktails, with house-made syrups and tonics, as well as a robust wine menu with Italian wine and California reds.

The 4,900-square-foot space will offer lounge seating for 120 guests, with a warm design that is a departure from the classic steakhouse. The overall design is inspired by a “saints and sinners” theme, featuring a modern art influence with contrasting moods, accomplished by using materials and design, such as wood and steel as well as bright and dark color tones.

Night Rooster

At Night Rooster, guests can expect to see shareable plates featuring dim sum and classic Asian dishes, as well as Japanese beef and raw bar favorites. The restaurant will feature a cocktail program with a heavy emphasis on Asian whiskeys, soju and sake with fresh, floral components.

The large space will include seating for more than 300 guests, with 4,000 square feet of space inside and an additional 3,000 square feet outside, including downstairs seating and a modern rooftop area. The interior is modern-Asian inspired, with a dark and moody atmosphere, while the lower-level, outside dining space takes inspiration from a Hong Kong alleyway. The rooftop will include a modern Asian design, adorned with wood and plant accents.

The Saint will open in the former Two Sisters space at 2633 Gaston Ave., Dallas, TX 75226 in the fall of 2022. Night Rooster will open its doors in the Design District at 1000 N. Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207 in early 2023. Keep up with The Saint and Night Rooster on Instagram at @thesaintdallas and @nightroosterdallas.
