Sfuzzi, the Neighborhood Italian Hot Spot to Launch Weekend Brunch 

Sfuzzi, the iconic neighborhood Italian hot spot is launching weekend brunch on Saturday, in addition to their dinner and late-night service. Brunch will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Guests can expect Italian-inspired brunch dishes as well as brunch beverages including unique mimosa options.

This & That Hospitality partners and veteran restaurant/bar operators, Brandon Hays & Phil Schanbaum’s revival of Sfuzzi has been welcomed with open arms from Dallasites and has quickly become a hot spot once again. Hays says, “We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive reactions from our guests and we’re looking forward to expanding our hours to offer weekend brunch featuring craveable dishes and drinks perfect for enjoying on the patio.”

Guests can expect brunch entrees such as Breakfast Sausage Hash – sunny side up egg, mix of potatoes, roasted bell peppers, pancetta, cherry tomatoes; Sausage Egg McSfuzzi – “better than you know who…”; Loco Moco – prime beef, pancetta, mushroom marsala gravy, parmigiana-reggiano risotto, two sunny side up eggs; Sfuzzi Benny – prosciutto, house hollandaise, pesto, English muffin; Egg White Frittata – broccolini, sun-dried tomatoes, mushroom, spinach, feta crumbles;  Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes – blueberry compote, powdered sugar, lemon zest; Bacon & Egg Croissant – crispy bacon, soft scrambled eggs, fontina; Breakfast Calzone – breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, roasted bell peppers, caramelized onion, bacon, mozzarella; andBreakfast Pizza – 24-month aged prosciutto, bacon, sunny side up egg, cherry tomato.

Brunch cocktails are featured to round out the meal including the Bloody Mama – choice of Tito’s vodka or Gray Whale Gin served with caprese skewer; Gondola Ranch Water – jalapeño infused Socorro Blanco Tequila, Jalisco 1562 citrus liqueur, lime, pineapple, soda water, Tajin rim; Boot-Kick Smash – Knob Creek Rye, orange, lemon, mint; Mafialada – Peroni, lime, Tabasco, Maggi, Bloody, banana peppers, Tajin rim. 

A variety of refreshing spritzes are available as well as mimosas including the Blood Orange – Ruffino Prosecco, blood orange, orange juice; Botanical – Ruffino Prosecco, elderflower liqueur, soda; Pom Pom – Ruffino Prosecco, fresh pomegranate juice; and Classic – Ruffino Prosecco, fresh orange juice.
