61 Osteria Launches Late Summer Lunch and Brunch Menu Items

61 Osteria, the upscale Italian restaurant in Fort Worth is featuring seasonal, late summer lunch and brunch menu items.The restaurant comes from well-known Fort Worth restaurateur, Adam Jones and acclaimed Chef Blaine Staniford. The duo focuses on bringing traditional Italian food with a heavy focus on seasonality offering Texas ingredients with an Italian twist.

Chef Staniford says, “Here at 61 Osteria utilizing ingredients that are in-season is important to us and these new late summer menu items highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients. We always want to provide our guests with new and exciting menu items such as these.

”Guests can expect new appetizers such as Local Tomatoes – hand stretched mozzarella, basil, saba and Texas olive oil; Prosciutto di Parma and Melon – 12 month aged ham with local melon, herb oil, black pepper and chives; Blue Fin Tuna and King Salmon Tartare – calabrian chili, radish, creme fraiche and grilled bread; and Pork Belly Spiedini – wood grilled pork belly with black olive caramel, celery leaf and orange zest. New entrees are featured including Texas Corn Soup – blueberry agrodolce, basil aioli, grilled bread and charred corn relish; Wagyu Burger – mozzarella, provolone, gorgonzola, with caramelized onions, radicchio and garlic aioli; Spaghetti – heath tomato sauce, Texas olive oil and aged parmesan with the option to add chicken or meatballs; Serpente – ricotta stuffed pasta, hen of the wood mushrooms and preserved lemon; and King Salmon or New York Strip – farro, Toscano kale, local potato, pistachio pesto and fermented red pepper sauce.
