On Tuesday, September 16, La Mina at The Village Dallas will host a one-night-only Underground Supper Club Dinner, honoring Mexican Independence Day with an elevated five-course menu from Meridian Executive Chef Eduardo Osorio, paired with premium tequila cocktails and pours from La Pulga Spirits.
The evening promises an immersive dining experience that celebrates the flavors, heritage, and artistry of Mexico—all set in La Mina’s moody, underground dining space. Guests will be guided through a menu where each course is paired with a distinct tequila expression, highlighting both culinary innovation and deep cultural tradition.
About La Pulga Spirits
La Pulga Spirits is the creation of three Fort Worth natives: restaurateur Sarah Castillo, nightlife operator Andrew De La Torre, and entrepreneur Stephen Slaughter. The brand takes its name from La Pulga, an iconic open-air flea market that has been a cornerstone of Fort Worth’s Northside community since the 1940s. Their tequilas embody the market’s bold, vibrant spirit, making them a natural pairing for this celebratory dinner.
