On Wednesday, October 15, 2025, Lavendou Bistro Provençal will host an exclusive multi-course dinner featuring wines from Foley Family Wines. The evening will include a guided presentation by Fidel Alcada, highlighting the craftsmanship and character behind each pairing.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated five-course menu prepared by the Lavendou culinary team, each dish paired to complement and enhance the selected wines.
The evening begins with Tarte Flambee, a traditional bacon and onion tart from Alsace, paired with Lucien Albrecht Pinot Blanc, Cuvée Balthazar.
The second course, Filet of Sole aux Écrevisses—pan-seared sole with a crawfish sauce—is matched with Chateau Saint Jean Chardonnay, Carneros 2023, noted for its balance and elegant finish.
A Beet Salad with Goat Cheese and Smoked Duck follows, served with Chateau Saint Jean “Knight’s Valley” Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, a wine that adds depth to the course’s rich, earthy tones.
For the main course, Lamb Medallions with Lavender Honey and Roasted Garlic, accompanied by sautéed potatoes, French green beans, and tomatoes Provençale, will be paired with Chateau Saint Jean “Cinq Cépages” 2022, a refined Bordeaux-style blend.
The dinner concludes with an Alsatian Prune Tart (Tarte aux Quetsches), served alongside Lucien Albrecht Brut Rosé, a crisp and refreshing finish to the evening.
The event is priced at $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required as seating is limited.
