
High above the city lights, Mirador, the beautifully reimagined dining destination perched atop Forty Five Ten, is turning up the heat for one extraordinary night. On Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 7 to 10 p.m., the glass-wrapped restaurant will host Flavors on Fire, a sizzling culinary collaboration presented by BMW in partnership with the Chefs for Farmers Food & Wine Festival.
Guests will embark on a multi-course dining journey that marries fire-kissed Brazilian flair with coastal Italian sophistication, all complemented by elegant Cakebread Cellars wine pairings. The evening brings together an acclaimed trio of culinary stars: Chef Travis Wyatt of Mirador, Chef Brian Streeter of Cakebread Cellars, and Chef Junior Borges of Nic & Junior’s — making a heartfelt return to Mirador, where he once served as Executive Chef. Together, they’ll craft a one-night-only experience that celebrates bold flavors, creative collaboration, and a deep love for the art of cooking.
Expect an evening that ignites every sense. The reception will tempt guests with bites like Tapioca & Brazilian Cheese Fritters with truffle, Foie Gras Macarons layered with shallot marmalade, and Tuna Tostadas with tomatillo-avocado salsa — each paired with Cakebread’s crisp Sauvignon Blanc. Dinner courses will follow with dishes that tell a story through texture and fire: a Winter Squash Salad with Duck Prosciutto, a soulful Maitake Mushroom Tortellini in Brodo, and Rosewood Picanha with Piri Piri and Bordelaise. The finale? A dreamy Coconut Cream Pie, completely dairy-free and completely irresistible.
