The Saint Relocates to Design District

The Saint, Hooper Hospitality Concepts’ modern Italian steakhouse, is moving from Deep Ellum to a new home in the Dallas Design District. Originally opened in 2023, the restaurant quickly built a following for Italian comfort food with Texas swagger—steaks from local ranchers, housemade pastas, and a moody, design-forward space. The new location opens Saturday, January 3, at 1000 N. Riverfront Blvd.

The move signals a natural next step for the concept. The Design District offers more visibility and a setting that better matches the restaurant’s refined but unfussy approach. Inside, The Saint leans into contrast: vintage chandeliers paired with street art, soft booths against industrial edges, and skyline views from nearly every seat. The result is dramatic without feeling precious—a place where both regulars and first-timers fit right in.

The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Sergio Esquivel, a Dallas native whose background spans classic steakhouse cooking, Italian technique, and global influences. His menu balances crowd favorites with a few bold swings: Texas wagyu tartare, brisket and foie gras ravioli, dry-aged bistecca alla Fiorentina, seafood towers, and housemade pastas alongside thoughtful vegetarian options. The bar keeps pace with creative cocktails, a strong wine list, and new mesquite-smoked whiskey service.

Dinner is served Sunday through Thursday from 5–10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5–11 p.m. Reservations and details are available at thesaintdallas.com.
