Specials include A Toast to Summer – Crusted Hearth Bread spread with fresh avocado, watermelon, goat cheese, microgreens, hemp hearts and pepitas and served with arugula; Seared Tuna Steak with pickled cucumber, ponzu atop the seasonal Mango, Quinoa and Avocado Salad with savory cabbage/romaine and carrot ginger dressing, Carrot Turmeric Soup; and Gazpacho.
