JW Steakhouse Debuts at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District

Dallas has a new reason to look up. High above the city on the 11th floor of the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District, the newly opened JW Steakhouse is reshaping the classic steakhouse experience with a Texas spirit, a global pantry, and a view that rivals the food.

“Dallas knows steak,” says Executive Chef Miguel Antonio, “but we wanted to push the conversation forward.” The menu certainly does that—yes, there are the traditional big cuts seared at 1,200 degrees in a Montague broiler, but they arrive brushed with garden herbs, finished with artisanal salts, and garnished with clippings from the hotel’s rooftop garden. The result: plates that balance power and precision, indulgence and restraint.

Treat Dad to Brisket & Bourbon Lunch in the Dallas Arts District

The JW Marriott Dallas Arts District will offer a Father’s Day lunch special at both Margaret’s and Vincent’s Sky Bar followed by a free Garrison Brothers pop up with samples and specialty cocktails. The special features a BBQ smoked 44 Farms short rib with house made bourbon BBQ sauce and bone marrow mashed potatoes, perfectly paired with two Garrison Brothers specialty cocktails.
