Birdcall, the Denver-based elevated chicken sandwich eatery with a growing presence in North Texas, is pleased to announce its latest LTO chicken sandwich, the Bees Knees, in collaboration with Mike’s Hot Honey. We would love to have you into Birdcall to try it for yourself!

Available beginning September 6 through October 3rd at Birdcall’s Willow Bend Location, the spicy addition truly is the ‘bees’ knees’, with all-natural crispy chicken, Mike’s Hot Honey (High-quality honey infused with chili peppers), shredded romaine, Calabrian chili aioli and pickled banana peppers, all on a fresh artisan bun. The Mike’s Hot Honey sauce can also be ordered as an extra drizzle on any sandwich for $1.00 and as a sauce on the side for $1.50.

Knife Has a Bacon Sampling You Won’t Want to Miss

The meat Mecca of Dallas is without a doubt, Knife located in the Highland Dallas located just off Central Expressway at Mockingbird and in Willowbend. This is the love-child of chef John Tesar who has elevated the steak experience, and the results are precious.

The menu is dotted with a whole host of steaks ranging in price from the very affordable, to the more exotic and a bit pricey. However, the latter comes in giant slabs and sliced for easy sharing, so the cost per person is actually as easy to swallow as the dry aged beef.   Continue reading
