Graham Dodds formerly of Bolsa in Oak Cliff has accepted the executive chef position at Central 214 replacing naughty chef Blythe Beck.
EDIT: Two hours after we made this announcement we were sent a press release, but it had all that press releasy jazz to say. Graham will pop up with something cool to say soon. Stay tuned.
I should learn to never say never. I said I’d never set foot in that shithole again. I guess I will now.
