New season, new menus and Bolsa isn’t immune. Nor is the bar at Bolsa, which we happen to adore. Lead barman Kyle Hilla gave me a call yesterday to fill me in on the new menu aspects and wanted to invite out the craveDFW readers who enjoy a toddy or two.
Check out Bolsa Thursday, November 28 where drinks will be only five bucks, with a portion of the proceeds going to benefit Movember. Movember is all about bringing back the moustache, having fun and doing it for a serious cause; men’s health, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. There will be a barber on hand for anyone wishing for a quick shave as well.
Jason Kosmas will be back behind the bar at Bolsa from 5 to 9pm to help out with the occasion. I haven’t seen Kosmas behind that bar since I worked with him and Lucky Campbell for a day.

** UPDATE: Word on the street is that Lucky will be behind the bar tonight making this a true homecoming experience for all.
