Every Wednesday starting today, Kitchen LTO will offer a special chef’s tasting menu – 4 courses with wine pairings for $50 per person (plus tax/gratuity).  Every week, the menu will change.

Menu for Wednesday, October 9th

Classic Arrancini:  Arrabiata, Bolognese, Mozzarella
Paired with Bodegas Val de Vid “Condesa Eylo” Verdejo, Rueda, Spain
 
Crab Salad:  Haricot Verts, Tomato Confit, Green Grape Ver Jus
Paired with Blindfold White Blend, Napa Valley
 
Braised Shortrib:  Seasonal Vegetables, Braised Marble Potatoes
Paired with Can Blau Red, Montsant DO, Spain
 
Trinity Groves Mud Pie
Paired with Troublemaker Red Blend, Paso Robles
