Dallas is a great city for cocktail connoisseurs, and we’re sending you now to what is increasingly becoming one of the highest praised establishments in Dallas/Fort Worth. Parliament derives inspiration from the barrooms and clubs of the early 1900’s. Walking up, you might even overshoot the door, and we believe that is intentional. This dark and sexy bar is perfect for a round of drinks with your partner. Ambient Jazz music, soft and romantic lighting, combined with stellar drinks and exceptional service guarantee this relatively new location to thrive. While the ambiance is one of the best we’ve seen for Date Night drinks, and quite frankly you would even be happy here drinking water, take advantage of being in the presence of cocktail royalty.
Partner and bartender Eddie “Lucky” Campbell has repeatedly been nominated and frequently awarded Best Bartender in Dallas by multiple polls and publications. “Lucky” has been the star at places like Abacus, The Chesterfield, and has helped many establishments around town with their cocktail menus. This visit, you should order the Ramos Gin Fizz which is getting praised by many to be the best in town for $12, and order what is typically called at most establishments the Bartender’s Choice for $12. When you leave it up to the bartender, they will take the time to ask you what you like and create a custom cocktail just for you! Parliament is located at 2418 Allen Street in Dallas.
