Origin Kitchen and Bar excels in serving healthy food that tastes great! Origin sources locally as much as possible and the sources many times change weekly. Often they use greens from Tassione Farms, Windy Meadows Farm chicken, Vital Farm eggs, Village Bakery, and cheeses from Paula Lambert’s Mozzarella Company in Deep Ellum. The 80-year-old historic building which formerly housed Thomas Avenue Beverage Company (T.A.B.C.) has been restored to its original craftsmanship with exposed natural brick, soft lighting, tin ceilings and hardwood floors. Sweet Success at the Dallas Chocolate Festival

DallasChocolate.org was started in June 2009 by Sander Wolf to promote artisan chocolate in Dallas, Texas. A big component of that is educating people about how complex and yet how accessible hand crafted chocolate can be.
