Greenville Avenue Pizza Company and Peticolas have joined forces to do a fun little day of Pizza and Beer. Peticolas will be tapping the first re-release of Peticolas Ghost of Alfred Ale while GAPCo introduces a new pizza topped with Goodfriend Package’s spicy Italian Sausage, Hot Soppressata, Fire Cheese, Red Pepper Flakes, parsley and a hot honey drizzle. If you like it spicy, this is the pizza for you.

October 9 from (7-9pm) is going to be a spicy day. That’s because your favorite pizza pals at Greenville Avenue Pizza Company are teaming up with one of Dallas’s best breweries, Peticolas, to unleash a scorching pizza-and-beer combo on all who dare to partake.
The original GAPCo on Greenville Ave will be tapping the first re-released public keg of Peticolas Ghost of Alfred Brown Ale and offering pints for $5. The beer is dosed with ghost peppers for a wickedly warm sensation alongside notes of tobacco, chocolate and malt sweetness. It’s unique, delicious, and begs to be paired with some like-minded pizza. So, the pizza slayers at GAPCo are doing just that, with this special menu:
- The Butcher’s Revenge – Goodfriend Package’s spicy Italian sausage, hot soppressata, fire cheese, red pepper flakes, parsley and a hot honey drizzle. 16” is $23, 12” is $18
- Fire Slider – GAPCo’s regular meatball slider topped with fire cheese. Two sliders for $5.
- Fire Cheese Bites – It’s the fire cheese, fried. Four pieces are $5.
- The Stomach of Steel Deal – Butcher’s Revenge slice, two Fire Sliders, Fire Cheese Bites and a pint of the Ghost of Alfred Brown, all for $20.
