Eating healthy in Dallas just got a whole lot easier and tastier. Flower Child has opened its third DFW location in Preston Royal.
Offering a nutritious selection of wraps, soups, salads and sandwiches, Flower Child offers food for the body and the soul.
The inside of each Flower Child restaurant is designed to look like a modern farmers market. They offer a great selection of wine and local beers and kombuchas on tap. For appetizers, guest can choose from hearty spreads like avocado hummus, or fresh, in-season vegetables like broccoli, which comes sauteed in parmesan, or sweet corn and quinoa, which is mixed in Greek yogurt.
One of Flower Child’s signature items is the Rebel wrap, which contains grass-fed steak, charred onion, port salut cheese, arugula and horseradish yogurt. The Rebel comes served with a sweet, tangy spring mix salad. Lighter options include the Sustainable Salmon, which is best complemented with a side of sweet corn and quinoa.
Flower Child’s desserts include a spongy lemon cake muffin and a vegan dark chocolate pudding.
Each Flower Child restaurant sources their ingredients from local farms. Each dish is served fresh, quickly and made to order. Visit Flower Child at 5959 Royal Lane in Dallas.
