We’re all coming together for our dear friend Josh Bonee.

Dallas’ Top Chefs Come Together for Colleague
Sunday, July 28, at 3015 Trinity Groves

Chefs across the city of Dallas will come together to prepare unforgettable food for guests as they work to support colleague Josh Bonee in the event, For the Love of Josh.

Bonee was recently diagnosed with Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare neurological disorder in which the immune system mistakenly attacks part of the nervous system. Only two out of 100,000 develop this disorder that causes numbness, loss of motor control, etc.

Josh — an alumnus of Husk Nashville, Stephan Pyles Flora Street Cafe, and Fine China, to name a few — has just begun treatment, which should last a year. Even with insurance, the cost of care will be extreme, and the syndrome has forced Josh out of work. He needs our help, and to support him we’re hosting an incredible event featuring Dallas’ top chefs.

Chefs cooking in the event include:

Josh Harmon, Belmont Hotel
Sean Jett, Humble Pies
Jeramie Johnson, Adolphus Hotel
Katherine Clapner, Dude Sweet Chocolate
Brian Luscher, The Grape
Misti Norris, Petra & the Beast
Tida Pinkerton, Haute Sweets
Daniel Pittman, LUCK
Stephan Pyles, Stephan Pyles Flora Street Cafe
Anastacia Quinones, Jose
Samantha Rush, Rush Patisserie

PLUS: Tim Lavender, Lav’s Kitchen and Thomas Archer, 3015

Tickets are $75 each, which gets you all food at the event. Proceeds will go to help Bonee in his medical bills and during the time he cannot work.

For the Love of Josh will be 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, July 28, at 3015 Trinity Groves, 3015 Gulden Lane in Dallas.
