Knife, the nationally-acclaimed steakhouse by Chef John Tesar, has reintroduced its lunch menu and will reopen during daytime hours as Knife Burger. After temporarily stopping lunch service during the pandemic, Tesar has revamped the menu with favorites from Knife Burger, which has additional locations in Plano, TX, and Orlando, FL.
Knife Burger at The Highland will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30a.m. – 2 p.m.
The lunch menu will feature Knife’s classics burgers such as The Ozersky – American cheese and red onion on a squishy white bun; Double Ozersky – double the cheese and patty; The Magic – cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion on an English muffin; Pimento Cheese – pimento cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, on a squishy white bun; Beef Cheek – truffle mayo on a squishy white bun; and The Rib – short rib, collard greens, horseradish mayo on a squishy white bun.
New additions to the menu include the Patty Melt – choice of cheese: American, Cheddar, Swiss; The Knuckle Sandwich – lobster knuckle meat, garlic aioli, hoagie bread; and the 44 Farms Hot Dog – choice of cheese, sauerkraut, minced onions, minced jalapenos (chili available for additional cost).
A selection of steak is also available including the 44 Farms Petite Filet (6oz); 44 Farms Filet Mignon (10oz); 44 Farms Filet Au Poivre & Frites (8oz); and the Dry Aged 44 Farms Bone-In RibEye. Accompany your steak with the perfect sauce, with a choice of Chimichurri, Salsa Verde, and Au Poivre.
The lunch menu features some lighter fare in the name of salads and soups including “Garden Salad” – mixed baby greens, cucumber, carrot and radish (add chicken or salmon for additional cost); Watercress Salad – endive, walnuts and goat cheese, sherry vinaigrette; My Wedge; Classic Caesar Salad (add chicken or salmon for additional cost); Leticia’s Roasted Tomato Soup.
Finally, complete your meal with delectable sides including Salsa Verde French Fries, Avocado Fries and Onion Rings.
