Bourbon & Banter, the eclectic underground speakeasy located in The Statler Dallas, has long been acclaimed for its extensive spirits collection and masterful mixologists. Now, the iconic hideaway is inviting some of the country’s leading distillers to share their wares in a monthly series of tasting events called The Pour: An Underground Curated Spirits & Culinary Tasting Experience.
The third of these events, at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 28, will feature the collection of Maryland’s Sagamore Spirits, a distillery committed to using only the finest Maryland Rye.
Fans of Sagamore Spirits, who call themselves the “Whiskey Thieves”, will enjoy the brand’s much lauded collection of Rye Whiskey served alongside a custom tasting menu prepared by The Statler’s Executive Chef Joel Harloff.
This unique event will feature three larger pours of Sagamore’s finest spirits served alongside a 3 course meal.
