Guilty Pleasures Available at Eataly Dallas

This year Eataly is hosting its very own Restaurant Fest, the highly anticipated fall edition of our premier culinary event that dares you to put down your devices and indulge in a moment of pleasure.

Taking its cue from the Italian saying “la vita è troppo breve per mangiare e bere male” (life is too short not to eat and drink well), the program showcases ingredients like fresh truffle and caviar at prices that make luxury dining an accessible treat.

Running from October 14-30, Eataly Restaurant Fest will offer a special and never-seen “guilty pleasures” menu featuring miniature bites starting at $8, what we call ‘Three Grams of Happiness’, black and white truffle supplements, and Caviar Bumps at Terra.

Standout dishes include Manzo e Tartufo, the classic Piemontese riff on eye round tartare topped with slices of fresh black truffle, and Caviale e burrata, a bite-sized choux pastry stuffed with house-made black truffle burrata and a decadent spoonful of caviar. Do that extra splurge with the Three Grams of Happiness, where black and white truffle supplements are the way to go.

The event is also an opportunity to explore authentic Italian cuisine in all Eataly’s restaurants with two-course menus starting at $19 and wines by the glass for $10. Timed to coincide with peak harvest season, the menus will feature fall’s finest ingredients in dishes like pumpkin-filled ravioli with butter and sage.
