III Forks, Certified Angus Beef Host Duckhorn Wine Dinner on Nov. 10

Biggs and III Forks Executive Chef Chris Vogeli have crafted a five-course pairing to accompany a curated selection of wines from The Duckhorn Portfolio, a leader of American fine wine. Chef Biggs brings more than 40 years of worldwide culinary experience with an impressive résumé, having served as the executive chef to the royal family of Jordan. He has also made appearances on TV’s “Chopped” series. Chef Biggs will discuss the Certified Angus Beef® brand, renowned for its flavor, tenderness and juiciness, and why it’s trusted by the finest restaurants and best home cooks around the globe. Because if it’s not Certified, it’s not the best.
