Biggs and III Forks Executive Chef Chris Vogeli have crafted a five-course pairing to accompany a curated selection of wines from The Duckhorn Portfolio, a leader of American fine wine. This very special dinner will be held Nov. 10 and is priced at $250 per person. Reservations can be made at 3forks.com/event/wine-dinner.
Chef Biggs brings more than 40 years of worldwide culinary experience with an impressive résumé, having served as the executive chef to the royal family of Jordan. He has also made appearances on TV’s “Chopped” series. Chef Biggs will discuss the Certified Angus Beef® brand, renowned for its flavor, tenderness and juiciness, and why it’s trusted by the finest restaurants and best home cooks around the globe. Because if it’s not Certified, it’s not the best. The Certified Angus Beef® brand was founded by family farmers and ranchers who are still leading the brand today and are dedicated to raising beef to higher standards. When it comes to serving a great meal, the brand knows quality always matters.
Co-founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Portfolio has spent nearly 50 years establishing itself as one of North America’s premier producers of American Fine wine. Winery representative Caitlin Hartwigsen will be on hand to talk about Duckhorn’s tradition of quality and excellence.
