Greenville Avenue Pizza Company is known for its delicious (and large) pizzas, and GAPCo fans know to expect the regular menu will be joined by special pizzas several times each year, as the restaurant celebrates holidays or flexes its creativity. Now is one of those times. GAPCo has partnered with its Richardson next door neighbor, Monkey King Noodle Company, to create the new Dan Dan Pizza.
The Dan Dan Pizza features Monkey King’s Dan Dan sausage, GAPCo’s mozzarella blend, chili oil, bok choy, shredded carrots, a drizzle of wonton sauce and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. It’s fun, delicious and a representation of two iconic foods and the creative minds running both kitchens.
The Dan Dan Pizza is available now for a limited time and costs $25 for a 16-inch large, $20 for a 12-inch small, and $8 for a slice. Find it at all three GAPCo locations—the original Greenville store, on Peavy Road, and in Richardson—for dine-in and carry out.
