“We have a beautiful menu planned that includes smoked turkey for 8-10 people at $84.99, plus ham, prime rib and brisket all prepared in true Texas fashion. Crossbuck serves it up low n’ slow with a blend of post oak, hickory and fruit wood smoke,” says McLaughlin.
Crossbuck’s menu won’t forget the classic Thanksgiving sides either, including homestyle scalloped, cheesy potatoes, green bean casserole, roasted and smoked potatoes and Vermont cheddar mac n’ cheese, along with Crossbuck’s fluffy house rolls sold by the baker’s dozen. All pan sides are designed to feed 10 – 12 people, fully cooked, chilled, and ready to easily reheat and serve.
And since everyone knows dessert has earned its role at the Thanksgiving table, if you order your turkey before November 2, you’ll receive a free homemade pecan pie, a $20 value.
