New Year’s Eve Omakase at Uchi + Uchibā Dallas (12/29 – 12/31)

Reservations are now open for the special New Year’s Eve Omakase at Uchi and Uchibā in Dallas, available from December 29 – 31. There’s no better way to ring in 2024 than with a delicious, curated menu of the restaurants’ favorite items. I’ve included details of each below– 

Uchi Dallas New Year’s Eve Omakase:

– Amuse bouche with chicken mousseline, caviar and labneh

– Oyster with uni foam, smoked ikrua and A5 xo

– Toyosu nigiri and sashimi selections (kinmedai, masu toro, otoro, kanpachi, madai, kobujime and bluefin akami) 

– Wagyu carpaccio with black garlic, quail egg and leeks

– Halibut with fennel, tarragon and white truffle

– Short rib with foie, capers and black trumpet

– Shima aji crudi with rutabaga and black truffle

– A5 with parsnip, kale, caviar and tallow

– Okashi

– Amuse bouche with chicken mousseline, caviar and labneh

– Oyster with uni foam, smoked ikrua and A5 xo

– Nigiri  (madai, hirame kobujime, otoro and kanpachi) 

– Ribeye skewer with gailon, truffle and black garlie tare

– Duck dumpling with foie, curry and cured duck egg

– Toyosu sashimi (bluefin otoro) 

– Scallop with smoked ikura, kimchi and fermented fresno

– Okashi
