
The 2025 Chefs for Farmers Food & Wine Festival in Dallas is set to be a culinary celebration like no other. Taking place from October 29 to November 2, 2025, at Old City Park, the festival will feature a series of events, culminating in the main event. The festival brings together top chefs, local farmers, and food enthusiasts to celebrate Texas’ rich culinary heritage and the farm-to-table movement.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of experiences, including themed dinners such as “An Evening in the Garden” on October 29 at Marie Gabrielle Gardens, and “Flavors on Fire” on October 29 at Navy Blue. The main event on November 1 and 2 will feature unlimited tastings from over 80 chefs and local purveyors, offering a diverse array of dishes and beverages. - Junior Borges: Originally from Brazil, Junior Borges honed his culinary skills in New York before becoming a celebrated chef in Dallas. He has led acclaimed kitchens and is known for his inventive, globally inspired dishes. Owns Nic & Juniors in Chicago.

- Brian Streeter: Executive Chef at Cakebread Cellars, Brian Streeter crafts seasonal, product-driven menus inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, emphasizing perfect food-and-wine pairings.
- Jacob Williamson: A Dallas native at the Saint, Jacob Williamson brings refined technique and creativity to his kitchen, focusing on balanced, flavorful dishes.
- Jonathon Erdeljac: Owner of Jonathon’s Forestwood, Jonathon Erdeljac is beloved locally for his scratch-made, approachable dishes and dedication to quality ingredients.
- Lance McWhorter: Lance McWhorter is a classically trained chef whose journey to the kitchen spans military service in the U.S. Army and Navy, work as a firefighter and EMT, and time as a security contractor overseas. After completing his culinary education later in life, he founded Culture ETX in East Texas, where his menu blends childhood flavors, Creole soul, and global influences from his travels. He has also appeared on Food Network’s Chopped and is dedicated to mentoring other veterans pursuing careers in food.
- Julien Eelsen: At Whisk Crepes Julien Eelsen focuses on locally sourced ingredients and inventive modern cuisine, highlighting the flavors of Texas. Whisk Crêpes Café is known for delicate, handcrafted crêpes and bold flavor combinations.
