Sunday brunch at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is being reintroduced with intention. Set within the resort’s newly redesigned grounds, Knife Italian Steakhouse will debut a weekly brunch experience designed for guests who prefer to linger, savor, and turn a meal into an occasion. The brunch will be offered every Sunday from noon to 4 p.m., allowing plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the afternoon.

The menu reflects Knife’s Italian steakhouse sensibility, blending classic technique with a sense of generosity. Guests can expect a chef-attended carving station, a refined raw bar, and fresh pasta prepared to order and finished tableside in the restaurant’s signature Parmesan wheel. Wood-fired pizzas add a comforting, rustic note, while an assortment of thoughtfully crafted desserts brings the experience to a satisfying close. Rather than rushing courses, the format encourages guests to move at their own pace and revisit favorites.

A complimentary mimosa welcomes guests on arrival, setting a celebratory yet relaxed tone, followed by a curated aperitif selected to complement the menu. The overall experience feels polished but unforced—elevated without being fussy, and indulgent without excess.

Brunch is priced at $135 per adult and $55 for children ages 4–12. Reservations are strongly encouraged and available through OpenTable.
