Hotel Crescent Court has officially unveiled that the next culinary icon to be featured in its Celebrity Chef Series will be none other than Dallas legend, Kent Rathbun:

This marks the third installment of the hotel’s monthly Celebrity Chef series running through June 2026, which invites guests to a standout showcase of culinary figures with an evening of chef-driven storytelling, exceptional food, and rare access to The Crescent Club (a venue typically reserved for member insiders).
The experience begins with a cocktail reception featuring handcrafted drinks and savory bites, followed by a multi-course dinner with wine pairings complimenting Rathbun’s signature style: elevated American cuisine layered with global influences, seasonal ingredients, and refined technique.
Rathbun, a four-time James Beard Award-nominated chef and restaurateur, helped shape modern Dallas dining through acclaimed concepts including Abacus and Jasper’s and has appeared on Iron Chef America, cementing his reputation as one of the region’s most recognizable culinary talents.
