Grapevine Craft Brewery Grand Opening
This has been a long time coming for Grapevine Craft Brewery. From the early beginnings in a garage in Grapevine, then to a warehouse in Farmers Branch where they began production and now back to their hometown of Grapevine, after three years, they can’t wait to serve you a pint in historic downtown. The taproom will be open seven days a week 3pm to 10pm and have food truck service from 5pm to 8pm.
You can expect all of the Grapevine beers to be available on tap as well as special offerings and cask beers. They’ll also offer specialty sodas and cold press coffees. This is the place to be for a casual atmosphere with friends, great beer and unique food experiences. Continue reading

Coal Vines and the Biergarten on Lamar Scheduled to Open Aug 10
Construction began last week on two restaurant concepts going into the new eatery space outside the entrance to the Omni Dallas Hotel. Both restaurants – Coal Vines and the all-new Biergarten on Lamar – were conceived and are owned by Dallas restaurateur Joseph Palladino.
Coal Vines is a pizza and wine bar concept known for its New York-style pizzas, salads, pastas, entrée specials and desserts. It offers an extensive selection of stellar wines by the bottle or glass. The Omni location will be its fourth in DFW. Continue reading

Cinema Series Continues At Knife
On the heels of the successful kickoff of Sunday Cinema Series, Knife at The Highland Dallas, located at 5300 E. Mockingbird Lane, will host the second edition on Sunday, June 28 from 8-11 p.m. with a screening of “Big Night” on the restaurant’s outdoor patio.
