The Dallas bartender and chef community are joining forces to hold a fundraiser for Dallas bartending legend, Charlie Papaceno, who is currently battling an aggressive form of cancer. The event will also serve as the grand opening for Charlie’s new bar, Industry Alley and will take place on June 8th from 2pm-8pm. The event will include guest bartenders from across the state, a pig roast, a silent auction featuring coursed dinner and cocktail pairings, and highlighted by the Battle of the Bars – a giant game of cutthroat, no holds bar, Giant Twister.
