This isn’t your standard Negroni. It’s pink, floral, and noticeably more approachable. The base is Waterloo Gin’s Prickly Pear & Rose, which gives the drink a fresh, lightly floral lift right from the start. Pink vermouth and Lillet Rosé add softness and balance, while a few dashes of grapefruit bitters bring just enough bite.
