In Dallas, Frenchie has quietly established itself as a brasserie with a clear point of view under Executive Chef Reilly Brown. Brown, who previously worked at Georgie, took over after former chef Bruno Davaillon departed for Georgie in a tasty version of musical chairs, another restaurant within the same Travis Street Hospitality group, owned by Stephan Courseau. At Frenchie, Brown brings a refined but approachable sensibility, blending French technique with modern touches, while maintaining the vision of a polished, all-day brasserie. The result is a menu that feels thoughtful and cohesive, letting the ingredients speak for themselves without relying on excess or gimmick.

Discover the Opulence that is The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection introduced its second vessel, the Ilma late 2024. Unlike traditional cruise ships, the company refers to its vessels as “yachts,” underscoring their focus on exclusivity and luxury. This 456-passenger super-yacht, a larger sibling to the 298-passenger Evrima, boasts 228 suites, each equipped with private balconies. Enhancements over its predecessor include a second pool deck and an additional restaurant, offering guests an elevated onboard experience.

Michelin-Star Chef to Open Modern Italian Restaurant and a Sushi & Cocktail Lounge Experience

Danny Grant, a two-time Michelin-starred chef and the visionary behind one of the country’s top steakhouses, Maple & Ash, is excited to bring his latest restaurants, Monarch and Kessaku, to The National, located at 1401 Elm St, Dallas, TX 75202. Monarch will be a wood-fired modern Italian restaurant, while Kessaku will feature a luxury sushi experience. The restaurants are slated to open in Spring 2021 and will be located on the 49th and 50th floors of The National which is located alongside the new Thompson Dallas.
