Shedding any preconceived notions of what a burger might be like at a Hard Rock Cafe we checked out the latest World Burger Tour and were greatly surprised. The burger at Hard Rock is a player.
Typically you would find a burger with cheese, bacon and lettuce and other requisite toppings at Hard Rock along with their beautifully hand formed half-pound patty cooked anyway you please, including rare. This is a distinction shared by few burger makers in our area and is a sign of freshly ground beef that is never frozen. So dismiss any notions of mass production.
