Knife Steakhouse in Plano will host a five-course pairing dinner with Cowboy Wagyu on August 4th featuring Frias Vineyard wines. The decadent evening will feature an inventive menu utilizing beef exclusively from Cowboy Wagyu, with a dessert course to follow. Cowboy Wagyu produces Japanese wagyu at their ranch in Center, TX, offering a healthier, high-quality meat.
Sean Loving, the co-owner of Cowboy Wagyu, says, “We’ve been working with Knife Plano to offer our wagyu for almost a year and guests have been extremely receptive to it. We wanted to show people that wagyu is more than just a ribeye or a strip, so we came up with the idea of this dinner to offer it in a unique way to Knife fans. We’re excited for guests to fall in love with all the different ways wagyu can be prepared.”
