Knife Plano to Host a French Celebration Dinner on August 31st

Knife Steakhouse in Plano will host a five-course pairing dinner showcasing Knife’s classical approach to steakhouse cuisine. Having trained at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris, Chef John Tesar’s French influence will be highlighted as guests indulge in some of Knife’s most iconic dishes, as well as a few exclusive to the evening.

The dinner will be paired with champagne, cognac, and a French-inspired cocktail as guests take a journey through the decadent menu.

Champagne Lallier Blanc de Blanc

Pounded Big Eye Tuna

Foie gras torchon, Ligurian olive oil, chives, Maldon sea salt

Pan Seared Duck Breast

Bordeaux Gastrique, parsnip puree, French lentils

Filet au Poivre & Pommes Puree

Peppercorn crust with brandy sauce

Bisquit & Dubouche VSOP Cognac
